About The Role

Working in our offices in Deakin, as part of our close knit team of Client Service Officers, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Implementation Officer to assist our advisers with all post-meeting implementation activities. This role is responsible for ensuring client recommendations and administrative actions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of responsibility, enjoys process-driven work, and is eager to develop a long-term career in financial services.

About The Right Person

We will provide training, however previous experience in a Financial Planning firm or professional services is highly regarded. In return we are seeking someone who is well presented and articulate, with aprofessional“can-do” attitude and appearance, who is pro-active, friendly and outcome-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage implementation of adviser recommendations across investment, superannuation, insurance, and platform accounts.
  • Prepare and process forms and documentation for transactions and account changes.
  • Coordinate platform implementations and account maintenance requests.
  • Update Force and internal workflow systems to ensure adviser dashboards remain current.
  • Upload, organise, and maintain client documentation and records.
  • Assist with preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and related documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding implementation tasks and follow up providers, platforms, and clients as required.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is completed and stored correctly.
  • Liaise with product providers and platform administrators regarding transaction progress.
  • Support advisers with administrative and operational requirements following client meetings.
