Candor Recruitment is partnering with an established financial planning firm in Adelaide CBD to recruit a Client Service Manager. You will oversee holistic service delivery across a high-quality client base and support advisers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Financial Planning
• Experience with implementation of advice and using platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding onboarding and ongoing service
• Work closely with the lead adviser
• Liaise with wrap platforms, lenders, funds, insurers and registries
• Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements and client records
• Support advisers with meeting preparation, file notes and follow-ups
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery
