Job summary

Allianz Australia is seeking a Senior Change Manager to design and implement sustainable change management initiatives within Finance or programs impacting Finance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency and build capability in applying Allianz’s change management methodology.

You will lead change analysis, develop change strategies, address people risks, and create targeted readiness plans to prepare employees for new ways of working. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large scale and complex change programs and projects ideally within Finance teams for large organisations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear influence at all levels.
• Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
