Allianz Australia in Sydney is hiring a Senior Change Manager for a fixed-term 18-month contract within Finance. You will design and implement sustainable change management initiatives and collaborate with Finance leaders to build capability in Allianz’s methodology.

The role focuses on stakeholder analysis, change impact, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new ways of working.

Qualificações

• Experience managing large-scale and complex change programs, ideally within Finance teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of addressing audiences at all levels.
• Collaborative working style with ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and extract insights for decision-making.
• High attention to detail with thoroughness, and ability to manage competing demands.
• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement sustainable change management initiatives within Finance or programs impacting Finance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency and build capability in Allianz’s change management methodology.
• Address people-related risks and anticipated resistance, developing mitigation plans.
• Develop actionable change management plans (leadership, communication, education, training).
• Ensure readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.
• Apply the Allianz Australia change management approach and methodology.
