Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to work in the Canberra region, delivering install, repair and maintenance across our fibre and copper network. You will provide brilliant customer service and be the backbone of connecting Australians to reliable broadband services.

You will operate as an autonomous, self-motivated technician with ACMA-licensed credentials and a Certificate III/IV, ready to travel as required and work within a dynamic field team.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence is required along with a Certificate III or IV.
• Experience with copper or fibre network assurance fault finding or fixed wireless installs is preferred.
• ACMA licence and relevant qualifications must be held to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain network services for homes and businesses.
• Deliver end-to-end service with strong customer focus.
• Travel to sites and work across diverse locations within Canberra region.
