Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Griffith area to deliver end-to-end field service across homes and businesses. You will install, repair and maintain copper and fibre networks while providing high-quality customer service and working within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds an ACMA licence and a Certificate III or IV qualification, with autonomy and a strong problem-solving mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment and support our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Autonomous and motivated self-starter with strong customer service skills.
• Experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs.
• ACMA licence and Certificate III/IV are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service across homes and businesses.
• Install, repair and maintenance of network services.
• Provide high-quality, timely customer service in a dynamic environment.
