Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Nowra area to join our field service team. You’ll install, repair and maintain copper and fibre networks, delivering high-quality service to homes and businesses across the region, and you'll be the backbone keeping Australia connected.

You’ll work autonomously within a supportive, inclusive team, with opportunities for coaching and career progression. A valid ACMA licence and a Certificate III or IV are preferred, and previous experience

Qualifications

• Autonomous and motivated self-starter with field experience.
• ACMA licence and a relevant Certificate III or IV.
• Experience with copper, fibre, or fixed wireless installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service to homes and businesses.
• Install, repair and maintain network infrastructure on-site.
• Provide high-quality customer service and problem solving.
