Job summary

nbn Australia is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our field service team. You will deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses and support installation, repair and maintenance across the network with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will be autonomous, technically capable, and able to work to tight deadlines, with ACMA licencing and a Certificate III/IV. Travel to job sites will be required as part of normal duties.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s licence and ACMA licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Certifications include Certificate III or IV; additional technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end field service to homes and businesses.
• Perform installations, repairs and maintenance across copper and fibre networks.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service and problem solving.
• Collaborate with the field service team and mentor junior staff when needed.
