Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician to install, repair and maintain Australia’s fibre and copper networks in the Nowra area. You’ll work on the ground with customers, delivering end-to-end service and keeping communities connected.

You’ll bring an ACMA licence, a Certificate III or IV, a driver’s license, and proven problem‑solving and customer service skills. The role offers a stable career with 7am–7pm hours, travel as needed, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence and Certificate III or IV qualification are required.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Ability to work autonomously with a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain copper and fibre networks end‑to‑end.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality customer service and support.
• Work closely with field service teams to ensure network reliability.
