Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Griffith area to install, repair and maintain copper and fibre network services across homes and businesses. You will deliver end-to-end service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, sometimes traveling to sites beyond your home base.

The ideal candidate holds an ACMA licence with a Certificate III or IV, has strong communication and customer-service skills, and can work autonomously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• ACMA licence required or equivalent qualifications.
• Certificate III or IV qualification (telecommunications/field service).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.
• Experience with copper and fibre network is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service to homes and businesses.
• Install, repair and maintain network connections.
• Travel to sites within the Griffith area and beyond as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
