Job summary

Orchard Marketing is seeking a Program Manager (Health) to own delivery across a major health portfolio while leading and growing the PM team. You will drive delivery excellence, governance, and commercial success in a regulated environment, using AI tools to improve outcomes and accelerate delivery.

You will lead with hands-on involvement, maintaining strong client relationships and building scalable processes across programs, set in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in advertising agencies with end-to-end campaign delivery experience.
• Experience across multi-program portfolios with meaningful commercial responsibility.
• Solid commercial instincts: understand margin, own forecasts, manage scope change.
• People-first approach: invest in the people running the work.
• Systems thinker who builds scalable frameworks for teams.
• Calm, transparent, decisive under pressure, surface risk with options.

Responsibilities

• Delivery excellence: own clients and programs, estimate timelines, govern, deliver.
• MLR governance: ensure regulatory, medical, legal, and quality considerations are addressed.
• Program visibility: track milestones, dependencies, risks and surface issues with options.
• Commercial accountability: monitor budgets vs actuals, manage scope, watch margins and pipeline.
• Team development: coach PMs and empower delivery leadership.
• Client partnership: act as senior delivery contact, translate objectives into programs.
• AI & continuous improvement: use AI tools to improve delivery and capability.
