Qualifications

• Strong air ticketing knowledge across issuance, exchanges and refunds.
• GDS experience with Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Proven problem-solving and collaborative skills to work with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex air ticketing and fulfilment issues.
• Support offshore ticketing teams and internal stakeholders with guidance.
• Investigate ticketing discrepancies and operational data anomalies.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with tech, procurement, product and operations to test changes.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Explore AI, automation and other tech to improve efficiency.
