Job summary

TAG is seeking a full-time Entertainment Travel Coordinator in Australia to support our travel teams across Sydney, Queensland, or Melbourne. The role involves bookings for air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation, with a focus on client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

You will build knowledge of fares and fares reissues while supporting group travel logistics. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of travel agent experience in corporate or TMC settings, familiarity with GDS systems, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Travel Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of Travel Assistant/Agent experience in corporate or TMC environment.
• Travel industry experience preferred.
• GDS experience (Galileo or Amadeus) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level assistance in management of client travel requirements including air, hotel, rail, ground, and ancillary reservations.
• Maintain timely, accurate communications and meet SLAs for clients and TAG standards.
• Process enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with high standards and documentation.
• Build knowledge of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing and reissues.
• Log client and supplier favours and investigate errors or complaints for satisfactory resolution.
• Field client enquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of Entertainment Travel logistics.
