CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a retail asset based in Bendigo, Victoria. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will be accountable for the day-to-day FM operations across a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors. You will bring either direct FM experience or a closely related background in building operations, property management, or trade supervision.

In this role, you will:
