• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, essential services obligations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain asset registers, manage site budgets, and prepare regular client and operational reports.
• Support capital works programmes and coordinate tenant fit‑out activity as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and client stakeholders.

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a retail asset based in Bendigo, Victoria. This is a hands‑on delivery role where you will be accountable for the day‑to‑day FM operations across a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environment for tenants and visitors. You will bring either direct FM experience or a closely related background in building operations, property management, or trade supervision.

In this role, you will:
