Qualifications

• 8+ years in facilities management with a technical background.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder relationship skills at all levels.
• Experience in high-volume, priority-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site team to operate and maintain assets.
• Ensure safety, presentation and customer service standards are met.
• Develop and monitor Strategic Asset Plans and budgets.
• Prepare scopes of work and approve contracts within authority.
• Manage contractors and service providers per Mirvac policies.
• Support project delivery with a safe, sustainable culture.
