Job summary

Mirvac is seeking a Maintenance & Capital Works Manager to oversee building services across our assets, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard, maintained cost‑effectively, and compliant with statutory requirements. You will lead daily operations and drive proactive maintenance planning to support occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume handyman or maintenance roles.
• Understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE and risk management.
• BMCS systems experience and basic technical competency.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with deadlines.
• Customer-centric focus and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by coordinating maintenance with stakeholders.
• Daily inspection of plant and equipment to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Maintain asset presentation and safety to the highest standards.
• Identify and proactively address maintenance and repair requirements.
• Manage contractors and service providers in line with Mirvac policies.
• Support CapEx planning and delivery across asset projects.
• Contribute to the Strategic Asset Plan objectives for assets.
• Escalate critical service interruptions and manage on-call needs.
