Job summary

Mirvac is seeking an experienced Facility Manager in Sydney to oversee the operational performance, maintenance and presentation of a premium office asset. You will ensure buildings are safe, compliant and high-performing while delivering exceptional experiences for customers and tenants.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and service partners to drive operational excellence, manage risk and support ongoing asset success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and managing relationships.
• Experience managing contractors and service agreements.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, WHS and compliance.
• Commercial acumen with budgets and forecasts.
• Practical BMCS experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and presentation of assets.
• Monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets and support asset planning.
• Manage contractors, service providers and maintenance programs.
• Support risk, compliance and safety initiatives including Fire Safety compliance.
• Coordinate operational projects and minor capital works.
• Conduct inspections of plant and equipment for optimal performance.
• Respond to critical service issues and minimise impacts to customers and tenants.
