Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our Perth team. The role is on-site at a landmark Perth office, with responsibility for day-to-day facilities operations, contractor management, safety compliance and stakeholder engagement for a high-profile corporate client.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar facility coordination/workplace services role in a corporate environment.
• Comfortable using facilities management systems and multiple technology platforms.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders.
• Strong safety/compliance mindset.

Mansioni

• Deliver day-to-day Facilities function on site, supervising the on-site Facilities Coordinator.
• Provide FM support and practical skills for assets.
• Support KPI delivery for the BHP contract.
• Attend monthly landlord meetings.
• Manage work orders in FAMIS360 and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and update annual schedules.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with Asset Management, HSE, Security.
• Assist with contractual reporting and governance meetings.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and SLA benchmarking.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and development discussions.
• Deliver safety training as required.
