Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to lead the day-to-day facilities operations for one of Perth's landmark workplaces. Based onsite at a 25-floor office, you will coordinate contractors, safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar facility coordination/workplace services role in a corporate environment.
• Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines.
• Comfortable using facilities management systems, Excel and multiple technology platforms.
• Effective communicator able to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the Facilities function within site operations.
• Provide FM support and practical skills for the assets.
• Support KPI achievement for the BHP contract.
• Participate in monthly landlord meetings.
• Monitor and update work orders in Famis360.
• Implement preventative maintenance and routine tasks.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
