Job summary

CBRE Perth is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the operation of an A-Grade single building commercial asset. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage contractors, maintain client relationships and drive cost-effective, compliant service delivery for tenants and stakeholders.

This role requires leadership, strong knowledge of building services, and a proactive approach to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations, preferably in commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of building services including fire safety, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Financial acumen across budgets, Capex and reporting.
• Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performance.
• Coordinate contractors, service providers and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage budgets, capital works and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities.
