Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Export Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with export laws, develop and implement programs, and minimize risk and cost. You will report to the Export Compliance Manager and operate on a Hybrid work schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in export compliance or international trade, with ITAR/EAR and OFAC familiarity. A Bachelor’s degree is valued, with SAP/GTS and related tools experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in export compliance or international trade.
• Experience with ITAR and EAR; familiarity with OFAC sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage licenses and authorizations with DoS and DoC.
• Evaluate license exemptions for export transactions.
• Develop end-to-end export authorization strategies for programs.
• Support post-approval strategy and conditions.
• Review export shipments in SAP-GTS against authorizations.
• Conduct export compliance reviews across supply chain activities.
• Assist with export audits and investigations as needed.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders for compliant operations.
• Deliver export compliance training to Strategic Business Groups.
• Maintain records for regulatory reporting.
