Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an International Trade Compliance Leader to guide export controls and policy across the APAC region, with a focus on dual-use and defence technology. You will work with engineering, program management, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with ITAR/EAR and regional regulations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in international trade compliance, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to obtain NV2 clearance, with travel of about 25%.

Qualifications

• Understanding of engineering concepts across software and hardware to craft policies.
• Strong understanding of US and non-US export regulations (classification, licenses).
• 10+ years experience in international trade compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel +25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement trade compliance policies, ensuring ITAR/EAR and local laws are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and leadership to align products with compliance.
• Manage country-specific export authorizations and licensing processes.
• Provide regulatory guidance to APAC teams and regulators as needed.
• Develop training curricula on export controls and compliance practices.
