Talent is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to improve the platforms staff use daily, focusing on internal systems, CRM and staff workflows. The role requires designing for employees navigating complex processes with solutions beyond customer-facing sites.

Responsibilities include interviewing staff, prototyping, testing with users, and driving design decisions within an enterprise design system while balancing usability with business needs.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in UX, product or experience design.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Hands-on design experience with internal platforms, CRM or back-office apps.
• Strong research, prototyping and usability testing skills.
• Confident working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Portfolio showing your role in solving complex design problems and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Speak with staff to understand how they work and where existing systems cause problems.
• Turn research findings into designs and prototypes, then test and refine with users.
• Simplify workflows across CRM and internal applications.
• Run workshops to define requirements and design decisions.
• Work within an enterprise design system and contribute improvements.
• Stay involved through delivery, balancing usability with business and technical needs.
