Job summary

Talent is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to improve the platforms staff use daily within a major financial services organisation.

The role focuses on internal systems, CRM and staff workflows, requiring experience designing for employees through complex processes, not just customer-facing interfaces. You will collaborate with designers, product owners, BAs and delivery teams to shape effective enterprise experiences.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in UX, product or experience design.
• Banking or financial services experience - Preferred.
• Hands-on design experience with internal platforms, CRM systems or back-office applications.
• Strong research, prototyping and usability testing skills.
• Confidence working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• A portfolio showing your role in solving complex design problems and the outcomes achieved.
