Job summary

Capricorn is hiring a Senior Service Designer to help shape the future of our Community experiences. You will join the Experience Strategy & Service Design centre of excellence and turn insights into meaningful, scalable changes across digital, physical and human touchpoints.

You will lead end-to-end design work, balance member and supplier needs with business constraints, and collaborate with teams to implement future-state services that positively impact our community of over 31,000 Members,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated service design and experience design experience including current-state mapping and service blueprinting.
• Strong experience in research, synthesis and storytelling from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to translate insights into practical improvement opportunities.
• Experience designing future-state services within organisational constraints.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience guiding end-to-end service design from discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver end-to-end community experiences across digital, field, physical and human channels.
• Develop future-state concepts and service blueprints based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ideas that balance member needs and business goals.
• Lead co-design workshops and ensure practicable service improvements across the organisation.
