Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a specialist Executive Search firm to recruit an Executive Talent Recruiter for MedTech, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. The role focuses on delivery across retained executive searches, including market mapping, headhunting and candidate management.

You will work with senior leadership, coordinating interviews and preparing packs, while maintaining strong candidate experience in a remote-first environment with hybrid North Sydney activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
• Proven ability to proactively source and headhunt candidates.
• Strong client engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable conducting screening interviews and qualification calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage 180 recruitment deliveries across executive searches.
• Conduct market mapping and identify relevant MedTech, Life Sciences talent.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct qualification calls.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and document recruitment activity.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates through process.
• Prepare candidate packs, profiles, and shortlists for clients.
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the search.
