Job summary

Morgan McKinley Australia invites experienced recruitment professionals to join our Technology & Data team in Sydney on a hybrid basis. You will help build client relationships, win new business and deliver recruitment assignments, supported by our specialist teams across Technology, Data, Transformation, Risk and Finance.

You have 3+ years of agency recruitment experience and a track record of placing candidates and growing a market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience in Technology or Data markets preferred.
• Proven ability to win business and place candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business for clients.
• Deliver recruitment assignments with cross-team support.
• Build and expand client relationships across Technology, Data, Transformation, Risk and Finance.
