Job summary

Duo QS is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for our Homebush, NSW projects. This onsite role focuses on accurate cost estimation for high-end residential builds and tender management across multiple live projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in residential estimating, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency with QS tools like CostX, Cubit Build, Bluebeam and AutoCAD. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in residential estimating/quantity surveying.
• Experience with cost planning and tendering construction projects across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs from start to finish with efficient turnaround.
• Support live projects with cost planning from pre-construction to progress.
• Produce and manage multiple tenders.
