Job summary

CPC Engineering is seeking a Senior Planner Scheduler to support our project delivery division. You will drive development and upkeep of complex project schedules across design, fabrication and construction, with a focus on critical path activities.

You’ll work with Project Managers and Engineering teams, attend client meetings and help keep projects on track toward deadlines and deliverables. This role offers a true design-and-construct environment, exposure to mineral processing projects, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Project Planning and Scheduling.
• EPCM, EPC and proven Project delivery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple discipline teams to meet budget and schedule deliverables
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or scheduling-related training

Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring resource loaded project schedules, including identifying and verifying critical path activities
• Documenting the sequence of works, logic links, durations and manning for design, fabrication and construction projects
• Analysing baseline and revised schedules and continuously tracking critical path activities
• Applying progress measurement methods to keep projects on track for deadlines and deliverables
• Attending project meetings with project teams and clients
• Working with the project management team to resolve issues and support successful project completion
• Communicating early with project and client teams on matters that could affect outcomes

CPC Engineering is looking for a Senior Planner Scheduler to support our project delivery division. Working closely with our Project Managers and Engineering team, you will drive the development and upkeep of project schedules and be a trusted partner to our clients in keeping work on track.

This is an opportunity for someone with hands on experience who understands how projects get built. You'll work across design, fabrication and construction elements, turning complex scopes into logic-driven programs.

About the Role:

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera, MS Project is also desirable.
• EPCM, EPC and proven Project delivery experience

• Outstanding organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple discipline teams to meet budget and schedule deliverables
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or scheduling-related training
