Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED Melbourne Hub is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team and support diverse client projects. You will lead development and maintenance of large-scale schedules using Primavera P6, work with MP Consultants, and advise on governance, risk, and scope management.

We value a strong engineering foundation, 9–12 years in complex schedules across industries (defence preferred), and the ability to build stakeholder relationships with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field; Master’s degree advantageous.
• 9–12 years of experience managing complex project schedules across industries.
• 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience; SWOT, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, WBS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate advanced program/project schedules.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to secure support and buy-in.
• Providing updates and reporting to senior management for real-time progress visibility.
• Delivering expertise in project management and scheduling software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Project Server 2016.
• Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to minimize disruptions to timelines.
• Analyzing project data and providing reports and metrics for optimization.
• Staying updated on industry trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
