Job summary

Tardis Group is recruiting for senior Project Managers to lead minerals-processing EPC projects from Perth, with project and site involvement. You will drive multidisciplinary delivery across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning, taking end-to-end responsibility for cost, schedule and performance.

Qualifications

Direct contractor-side EPC or lump-sum turnkey project delivery experience.
Accountability for major project cost, schedule and commercial performance.
Mining or minerals-processing project experience, ideally with EPC scopes above $150 million.
Understanding of engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics and construction interfaces.
Experience managing cost-to-complete, forecasting, variations, claims and schedule recovery.

Responsibilities

Lead major contractor-side EPC projects from engineering through handover.
Own cost, schedule, margin and contractual performance.
Oversee procurement, vendor management and international fabrication.
Manage logistics, construction and SMP execution.
Control project forecasting, cost-to-complete and schedule recovery.
Maintain client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate commissioning, handover and commercial closeout.
