Job summary
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with ANZ Account Executives, guiding technical discovery and delivering compelling demonstrations for enterprise customers. You will lead proof-of-value engagements and help clients understand how feature management accelerates safe software delivery.
You’ll work with engineering leaders, architects, and DevOps teams at large enterprises to modernize software delivery practices and drive business outcomes, collaborating across Sales,
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with enterprise development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, feature flags and progressive delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to win enterprise deals; qualify opportunities and develop technical account strategies.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design with engineering leaders and architects.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs, workshops and hands-on trials.
- Build champions and trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on DevOps, CI/CD, feature management, AI-driven development and modern software architecture.
