Temenos Australia is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the Australian banking market. This hunter role focuses on business development, market creation, and opportunity generation.

You will build executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and shape opportunities long before procurement begins. You will work closely with Sales Executives, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Product teams to convert market interest into qualified opportunities and

Qualifications

Proven success in enterprise software or technology sales.
Ability to build executive relationships with banking leaders.
Experience navigating long and complex B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Build and execute an Australian territory growth strategy focused on banks and financial services.
Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
Identify transformation initiatives and technology investments within prospective customers.
Collaborate with Sales Executives and Pre-Sales to progress opportunities.
Represent Temenos at industry events and customer networking activities.
