Job summary

Temenos is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth across Australia. This individual contributor role focuses on business development, market creation and opportunity generation, demanding proactive prospecting and strategic relationship building with senior banking executives.

You will collaborate with Sales Executives, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners and Product teams to convert market interest into qualified opportunities and future revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise software or technology sales within banking/fintech/SaaS.
• Ability to create opportunities from scratch and build pipeline in complex B2B environments.
• Experience engaging C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, heads of digital/technology).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Australian banks, lenders and financial services.
• Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and partner collaboration.
• Build executive relationships and identify transformation initiatives and technology investment plans.
• Create and nurture opportunities across Temenos core banking, digital banking, payments, lending and cloud offerings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
