Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking an experienced VP Sales to lead growth in the Australian Banking sector. This leadership role emphasizes hunting for new logos, building senior relationships, and closing strategic enterprise deals across Banking/BFSI.

You will shape data, analytics and AI solution strategies, develop a strong sales pipeline, and collaborate with delivery and technology teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while representing the company at industry events in Australia.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in Banking/BFSI.
• Strong hunter/new-logo acquisition background with ability to open and develop accounts.
• Experience selling Data, Analytics or AI or related digital technology solutions.
• Established relationships across Australian banking institutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and C-level engagement skills.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented and able to operate at senior leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Banking/BFSI sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior banking stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities through proactive hunting and account development.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Work closely with delivery, technology and leadership teams to shape solutions aligned to client needs.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen its presence within the Australian Banking market.
