Job summary

Operandi Consulting in Melbourne seeks an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager to own critical infrastructure, IT operations and services across a hybrid environment. You will partner with business leaders, architects and external providers to deliver reliable, cost-effective technology.

You’ll lead service delivery, disaster recovery, governance and continuous improvement, leveraging 12+ years in tech with 7+ years in senior IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with at least 7+ years in senior IT leadership.
• Tertiary qualification in technical/engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Deep IT Operations and Service Delivery expertise with ITIL and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Experience with change management and DR planning.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical applications available and meet SLAs.
• Oversee hybrid Microsoft infrastructure estate across Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, M365 and Azure.
• Review changes, releases, and change requests; maintain governance and disaster recovery docs.
• Lead service continuity testing and report results to IT leadership and APRA.
• Identify and drive IT Operations improvements and partner with PMO on delivery.
