Talent is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects in Melbourne. Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering office relocation or workplace infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management capability across planning, delivery, risk, and vendor management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex environments.
• Solid understanding of workplace infrastructure technologies including network, AV, and workplace technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within enterprise or corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of office relocation and workplace infrastructure projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate builders, fit-out contractors, and technology vendors across relocation activities.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of infrastructure including network, AV, Wi-Fi, cabling, and workplace technology.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, facilities, and technology teams.
• Manage transition and occupancy readiness activities to minimise operational disruption.
