Job summary

Leaders is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise integration across multiple workstreams in Australia. You will provide technical guidance on patterns and platforms, while engaging executive stakeholders and governing forums.

You will build and lead a high-performing ICT/integration team, ensuring delivery excellence in a hybrid, multi-location environment. This 12-month contract role targets senior leadership expertise and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Delivery experience in enterprise integration platform implementations.
• Experience with Kong, Workato or Boomi (iPaaS/API platforms).
• Proven large-scale ICT delivery experience in Australian Government settings.
• Excellent communication skills (technical + executive).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration direction across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Oversee integration delivery, dependencies, and prioritisation.
• Provide technical leadership on integration patterns and platforms.
• Engage with executives; report to governance forums/steercos.
