Operandi Consulting is seeking a Head of Business Technology for a Melbourne-based hybrid role. You will own end-to-end technology strategy for an essential services domain, partnering with executives to shape roadmaps and drive a significant program of change.

You’ll ensure platforms run safely and reliably from day one. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across technology, data, security, and architecture, translating objectives into outcomes while partnering with Digital, Procurement, Legal

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in asset-intensive or essential services (utilities/mining/water).
• Owns end-to-end technology platforms and platforms’ run/maintenance.
• Credible with OT, control systems, spatial and asset management platforms.
• Delivery pedigree on multi-million-dollar programs; understands reporting dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business objectives into a technology strategy and roadmap.
• Represent the business in steering committees and hold delivery teams to outcomes.
• Direct limited investment to reduce risk and add value.
• Own lifecycle, service management and support of critical operational platforms.
• Leverage specialist teams in data, security and architecture for delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior executives.
