Job summary

Renova Talent is seeking an experienced technology operations leader to drive delivery across infrastructure, systems administration and internal user support from Sydney with hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, manage a service desk, and oversee engineering projects with a PMO, while contributing to strategic architecture direction and vendor-managed software delivery.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technology operations or IT management with people leadership.
• Hands-on background across infrastructure, systems administration, or platform engineering.
• Experience running a service desk with SLAs and delivering projects with a PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across infrastructure and systems admin; manage a dedicated technical team.
• Manage service desk as the primary channel for user, access, and systems requests with SLAs.
• Plan and deliver engineering projects spanning cloud infrastructure and internal systems with PMO coordination.
• Provide hands-on technical delivery and troubleshooting across infrastructure and systems as required.
• Contribute to technology design and strategy with the CISO, including serverless and event-driven architecture.
• Administer and support internal applications, workflows and work management projects.
• Oversee vendor-delivered software delivery models and hybrid engineering functions.
