Job summary

Criteria Corp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong relationships with large clients and maximize value from our platform. You will work closely with Account Managers to support renewals and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include onboarding, client training tailored to use cases, and proactive issue resolution. You will document interactions in the CRM and advocate for product improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Experience with CRM and SaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage all aspects of the account.
• Train users based on client use cases and objectives.
• Support renewal and retention with Enterprise Account Managers.
• Identify blockers to growth and advocate for product improvements.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests via email and calls.
