Zusammenfassung

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be the post-sales lead for enterprise customers. You will drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption while coordinating with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure time-to-value for customers.

You will own relationships with diverse stakeholders, manage renewals, and drive outcomes with a focus on adoption and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in enterprise, customer facing roles collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Must hold an active NV1 with the ability to obtain NV2 to support our federal book of business.
• Relevant domain knowledge in security, DevSecOps, appsec, supply chain security or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates autonomy, ownership of customer portfolio and ability to escalate to executives as needed.

• Lead overall onboarding for new enterprise customers in coordination with pre- and post-sales teams.
• Develop relationships with technical and business stakeholders across customers to enable renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Edu/education teams to train customers on product features and security principles.
• Build hands-on product knowledge to optimize Chainguard usage for customers.
• Advocate for customer needs to internal teams and support timely resolution of issues.
• Drive proactive customer outcomes and risk mitigation with cross-functional colleagues.
