You will deepen relationships, structure debt solutions, and partner with credit teams to deliver integrated outcomes while managing risk and driving portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate banking and managing high-growth portfolios.
• Proven ability to structure debt solutions and assess risk.
• Strong communication with CEOs, CFOs and business owners.
• Experience collaborating with product, credit and specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of high-growth corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities to deliver tailored banking solutions across lending, transaction banking, treasury and broader corporate banking products.
• Develop and execute client relationship strategies to support portfolio growth and retention.
• Structure and originate debt solutions to meet client funding requirements.
• Partner with internal product specialists and credit teams to deliver integrated client outcomes.
• Maintain a strong risk culture through proactive portfolio management and credit stewardship.
• Build relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and key decision-makers.
• Drive new-to-bank acquisition opportunities within the target market segment.
• Prepare and present high-quality credit submissions and deal recommendations.
