OutSystems is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Leader to own the project execution and drive the technical vision from ideation to production. You will design scalable architectures and actively contribute to development efforts, ensuring high-quality results across enterprise apps.

You will mentor diverse teams, influence solution direction with your OutSystems expertise, and coordinate with customers and managers to remove impediments while delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in STEM; strong coding fundamentals.
• At least 5 years in software development and 2 years in tech leadership.
• Experience in web or mobile app development, design patterns and performance.
• OutSystems knowledge and certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the project execution, driving the functional and technical vision from ideation to production.
• Design, size, and build innovative and enterprise-scalable solution architectures based on business needs and drivers.
• Be the senior technical player on the team, participate hands-on in development activities, and be responsible for the overall technical quality of the solution.
• Mentor the team of OutSystems’, customers’, and partners’ resources on architecture and development best practices.
• Influence the direction of the solution based on expertise in OutSystems and other technologies.
• Align with the customer to ensure all impediments and dependencies are resolved.
• Work closely with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, and the customer organization to understand business requirements and strategic vision.
• Grow the technical ability of the professional services team through contributions to technical practices, e.g., documentation, sample applications, blog posts, and speaker events.
