Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a major enterprise transformation spanning customer, identity, billing and data platforms.

The role requires driving architecture governance, dependency management, and alignment to target-state architecture across multiple workstreams while collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture within large-scale transformations.
• Strong understanding of API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with architecture governance practices (ARB, ADR, Design Authority).
• Knowledge of data governance and System of Record vs System of Engagement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Define architectures aligned with target-state and strategic objectives.
• Lead architecture across customer, identity, billing, support, learning, and data platforms.
• Establish architecture principles, patterns, and design decisions.
• Govern architecture through ARB, ADR and Design Authority processes.
• Manage dependencies and integration requirements across platforms.
• Design API-first and event-driven integration architectures.
• Ensure alignment between Systems of Record and Systems of Engagement.
• Provide guidance on identity, access management, SSO and permissions.
• Support data governance, information flows, and technical constraints.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business, tech, vendors, and delivery teams.
