The BUSY Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Solution Architect to guide our technology evolution across a growing international organisation. You’ll shape strategy, modernise platforms, enable innovation and ensure our technology investments support scalable growth.

Reporting to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer, you’ll lead architecture for strategic initiatives, partner with executives and delivery teams, and drive practical, secure, cloud-first solutions aligned to business

Qualificações

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or a similar senior technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated success influencing enterprise-wide technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software design and development, integration patterns, data architecture and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience delivering architecture outcomes within complex, multi-site organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to translate technical complexity into practical business solutions.
• A proactive and outcomes-focused mindset.
• A desire to build, improve and make things happen.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps.
• Create technology strategies that support organisational growth and digital transformation.
• Lead solution architecture for major projects and business initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Guide application, data, infrastructure and integration architecture decisions.
• Support cloud-first and modern workplace initiatives.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, achievable and aligned to architectural principles.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and design scalable technology solutions.
• Influence technology investment decisions and long-term planning.
