Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced OutSystems Lead to spearhead the development of low-code applications using the OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) platform. You will blend hands-on development with strong stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and mentoring to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will shape technical standards, guide development teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience delivering solutions using OutSystems ODC.
• Strong understanding of low-code development principles and methodologies.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using OutSystems ODC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architectures.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers on best practices.
• Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and coding best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality and maintainability.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and performance challenges.
• Support application optimisation, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with architects, analysts, testers, and business teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support guides.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Stay current with OutSystems platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
