Job summary

Profusion invites applications for an Applications Support Developer (Junior-Mid Level .Net Developer) to join the Technology Delivery team in Melbourne. You will support and enhance critical enterprise applications, working with modern Microsoft technologies in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience across SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• Understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and layered architecture.
• Experience developing and supporting secure web services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and GitHub.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain critical enterprise applications
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests and production issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions
• Analyse existing code and communicate technical findings to stakeholders
• Design, develop and enhance applications using Microsoft technologies
• Perform testing and create supporting unit tests for enhancements
• Support release, deployment and change management processes
• Develop and maintain database solutions and SQL queries
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams across global locations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Maintain support documentation, incident logs and knowledge articles
