Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a Senior Manager, Enrolment Services within Student Services in Sydney. The role leads the Enrolment Services team and partners with the Director and senior stakeholders to deliver enrolment services across the student lifecycle.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, service improvements and foster a high-performing team culture, while guiding workforce planning, performance management, and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience leading large service delivery teams.
• Experience in student administration or student services.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
• Experience in workforce planning, people leadership and HR matters.
• Experience in financial management and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director, Student Services and senior stakeholders.
• Lead the Enrolment Services team to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee planning and delivery across the student lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of enrolment systems and processes.
• Provide strategic advice on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Build partnerships to support service delivery and strategic initiatives.
